As part of Nguyen’s core philosophies, he strives to advise clients not only on short-term solutions but also works closely with clients to develop a long-term strategy to maximize a favorable outcome.  Nguyen has experience in advising clients on various employment based visa options, which includes foreign investors, skilled workers, and other professionals (EB-5, EB-2, E-2, L-1, H1-B, etc.)
